6. Who We Share Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with categories of trusted recipients who help us operate, and only as needed:

All providers that process personal data for us are bound by appropriate data-processing terms.
7. International Transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.
8. Data We Process for Our Clients
When we deliver services, we may process personal data on behalf of a client — for example, their leads' or customers' data within campaigns and systems we manage. In that case the client is the controller and we act as their processor, processing the data only on the client's documented instructions under a separate Data Processing Agreement. If your data was given to a business we work with, please contact that business to exercise your rights.
9. How Long We Keep Data
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, tax records are kept for the statutory retention period). Enquiry data we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.
10. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct it; have it erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email info@scale-code.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
11. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect the data within our control and review our measures regularly.
12. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.
