We're a performance marketing agency that helps local businesses grow through Meta Ads and lead generation. We deliver real results, and we need someone who can make our brand look as sharp as those results.

We're looking for one person who can do two things: edit short-form video content about our agency, and manage our Instagram presence from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Video Editing

  • Edit short-form video clips (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) from raw footage we provide
  • Content focus: agency life, client visits, performance results, behind-the-scenes
  • Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, and on-screen text
  • Performance-focused editing style, every clip should make the viewer feel the results we deliver
  • Repurpose longer content into multiple short-form clips for different platforms
  • Fast turnaround, consistent weekly output rather than one perfect video a month

Thumbnails & Design

  • Design thumbnails for all video content
  • Create result showcase graphics: client metrics, before/after, case studies
  • Design Instagram highlight covers, clean and on-brand
  • Create carousels and static posts when needed

Social Media Management

  • Post consistently on Instagram: feed posts, stories, Reels, highlights
  • Manage a content calendar, plan, schedule, and publish on time
  • Upload content to highlights with proper covers and organisation
  • Maintain visual consistency across everything we post

What We Provide

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

  • Video editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
  • Design: Canva, Figma, or Photoshop
  • Experience editing short-form content (Reels/TikTok style)
  • Experience managing an Instagram account for a brand or agency
  • Understands performance marketing aesthetics, results-driven and professional

  • You organise your own workflow without being managed step-by-step
  • You build systems, if someone else had to take over tomorrow, they could follow your process
  • You document what you do, creating SOPs and templates is part of the job
  • You take ownership, you see what needs doing and you do it
  • You communicate clearly: what you're working on, what's blocked, what's next
  • You care about quality, not just output

Screening Questions

  1. Send a link to an Instagram account you've managed. What was your posting frequency and how did you organise your content calendar?
  2. Show us one short-form edit you're most proud of. Why does it work?
  3. If we gave you full ownership of our Instagram tomorrow, what would your first week look like?
  4. Have you ever created an SOP or workflow document for your process? If yes, share it. If no, describe how you'd document your process so someone else could take over.
