Direct Response Videographer

We're a performance marketing agency that helps ambitious, high-margin businesses scale across the Netherlands and Europe. Our content isn't "nice video", it's built to sell. We're looking for a videographer who thinks like a marketer and shoots like a perfectionist.

You'll be on set with real clients, capturing footage that carries emotion, story and a direct-response edge. You own the moment: you read the room, adapt on the fly, and walk away with the best possible material every single time.

What You'll Do

• Shoot high-quality video on location with clients across the Netherlands
• Write and shape scripts built on proven direct-response and emotional angles
• Direct the shoot: guide clients on camera, set the tone, pull out authentic delivery
• Own the environment, handle disruptions, tricky lighting, nervous subjects and tight timing, and still get the shot
• Communicate directly and professionally with clients before, during and after the shoot
• Protect quality at every step: framing, sound, light and story

What We're Looking For

• Based in the Netherlands and able to travel to shoots
• A real grasp of direct-response marketing and the emotional angles that make people act
• You can write scripts, not just operate a camera
• Hands-on and decisive: you move fast in the moment and stay calm under pressure
• Genuinely quality-driven, "good enough" is never enough
• Confident leading client communication and being the face on set
• Ambitious and hungry to grow
